Progressive cavity pumps
Bornemann progressive cavity pumps are compact, robust and highly competitive. There are different achievement classes and material combinations. They prove themselves worldwide in the municipal and industrial sewage processing and waste disposal.
They optimally solve conveyor tasks in the chemical and petroche-mix industry, food industry, cosmetics industry, paper industrie, in the civil engineering, in the mining, in the industrial processing industrie - and also everywhere where the conveyor product is flowable to "hochviskos" and hardly to be pumped by other pumps.
Advantages
- self-priming
- careful support
- continuous support
- dose capable
- robust and long-lasting
- standard pumps
- pump execution after customer specification
- individual wave sealing
- suction height to 8.5m
- solid size <75 mms

Type Series EH
- horizontal pump with flange connections
- for industrial applications and sewage applications
- support of thin-liquid and thick, neutral or aggressive media
- with or without solids or fibrous materials
- pump can be used with every impulse available as single-step (6 bar), two-stage (12 bar) or 4-stage (24 bar) class

Type Series EL
- pump and impulse are connected directly with an engine lantern
- the engine lantern is the pump foot at the same time
- short construction length, low weight
- no separate baseplate forms
- available as single-step (6 bar) or two-stage (12 bar) class

Type Series EU
- vertical pump case with accordingly extended drive shaft
- exclusively for the vertical installation
- individually to the respective application case conform pump
- support of thin-liquid and thick, neutral or aggressive media with or without solids or fibrous materials
- directly put on the pits or containers to be emptied or fastened to a wall
- conveyor elements are always in the medium

Type Series EP
- the main operational area are applications with low conveyor streams and high pressure
- the high-pressure pump is available for pressure to 40, 64 or 80 bar
- support of thin-liquid and thick media
- with or without solids or fibrous materials
- ideal for celluloses, irrigation, chemicals and self-priming applications with high pressure
