Multiphase Boosting Technology
The base for Bornemann-multiphase pumps are twin-screw pumps - rotary displacement compressor pumps. Their application in the multiphase boosting system is trendsetting production technology for support and transport of oil and natural gas - also under the most difficult surgical conditions.

- compression damping to ANSI 1500 Ibs to 200 bar max. working pressure
- because of symmetrical case no restriction of the admittance pressure
- easy servicing through case application interchangeable in the field
- opitmal material choice by built rotor sentence
- free of touch - rotation through pumping elements
- separate oil lubrication system and chill system only necessary in the exceptional case
- easy-active axial face seal or patented "Smart Seal"-system for application absolutely free of leakage

Type Series MW / MPC - multiphase pumpsystems
 To understand the requirement of the customer, to develop an individual system solution, as well as to move in vote with the customer, is a proven approach with Bornemann. This appears in particular with the huge number of the successfully unwound complete solutions. The biggest use for the customer with the system responsibility is to be seen FROM A HAND. The interface vote limits itself thereby to a minimum.
