Gas station technology - "safe - rational"

Steel- and iron sheet construction - "economical - flexible". Steland constructs and uses many alternatives to make a solution that is custom-made for the customer - from mass productions to individual production. ( poles, pole encasement, gas station-service stations, metal profiling, painting)

Ready-mixed concrete wreath

Description:

  • outer edges with attached bevel for polysulfid join
  • concrete is fuel dense ; KIWA / KOMO BRL 2316
  • non-skid rhomb-structural pattern
  • capacity according to DIN 1072, loading case SLW 60 for abnormal load
  • construction-conditioned no drain gutter needed
  • 3 unscrewable stems M16 at the outer edges as suspension point

Advantages compared to site-mixed concrete

  • shorter construction time
  • cost benefit
  • immediate polysulfid-jointing towards road and pavement possible
  • ease of the height adjustments of the whole upper part
  • no danger of deformation of the steel frame while concreting

Remote filling station with surface discharge

Description and advantages:

  • to install into a highboard with discharge through the insular edge - or with lower edge discharge on road level
  • vertical pipe outlets allow to pick lay-direction and lay-depth
  • leaking liquid in the coupling area is getting diverted through the sloped tank bottom to the sealed road
  • rainproof cover plate, with eyelet for the lock, integrated sash lock is possible
  • opening of the hood is supported with gas pressure spring
  • 4 height adjustable, galvanized sustain feet as assembling aid
  • competely manufactured of steel sheet, chassis liquid-tight welded and inspected
  • whole shaft is galvanized, tubes are not galvanized

Manhole pit cover DIN EN 124 - D 400 KN, especially for gas station services

Description and advantages:

  • very resilient according to DIN EN 124 class D 400 KN (ca. 40 to)
  • particular big entrance area (800 x 800 mm)
  • steel frame and lid completely galvanized, clamp and hinge axis made of stainless steel
  • free working space because of almost vertical lid opening
  • no risk of injury through slippery bottom of the lid; avoidance of unwelcome support bracket in the entering area
  • easy to open and close because gas springs are used
  • Precipitation protection for tank filling in the rain because the lower lid with applied force during the filling process is allowed to settle on the tubes.
  • the geometry of the cover frame with extensive checker plate cover allows a rain-proof manhole covering without sensitive rubber seals.
  • if installed correctly, there is density against constant rain and surface water up to 14 mm
  • concrete is fuel dense, quality B35, surface color nature
  • concrete-outer edge with attached bevel for polysulfid join

Remote filling shaft 2000 - acessible

Description and Advantages:

  • type to connect double-walled steel filling pipes 3"/4", Flexwell-filling pipes DN 80 or synthetic pipe system
  • rainproof manhole cover without sensitive rubber seals
  • if installed correctly, there is density against constant rain and surface water up to 14 mm
  • edge of the cover is sunk-in into the skid profile -> no risk of stumbling
  • opening of the hood is supported with gas pressure springs
  • chassis and frame of the lid are made of sheet steel
  • liquid-tight welded and tested
  • manhole completely galvanized, pipes non-galvanized


Remote filling shaft 2000 - trafficable

Description and Advantages:

=> like "accesible remote filling shaft" - additional one more feature

  • particular high carrying capacity (at least 250 KN; ca.25 to) because of an optimized bracing system

Petrol pump foundation tubs, liquid-tight

Description and Advantages
  • made from 3 mms of steel metal, liquid-close welded
  • completely hot-dip galvanised, if requested with protective spraying
  • foolproof catching of resigning leakage liquids and their visible surface derivation through rectangle-outlet canals by the island edge on the sealed roadway
  • height-adjustable, hot-dip galvanised supporting feet
  • solvable, liquid-thick and gasproof pipe penetrations (protected system) under retention of the electric potential separation between pipe system and columns and shaft system
  • foundation frame can be cancelled, because all connection positions of the petrol pump foot are prepared with tapped holes
  • relief of the pipe and concrete work; before pipes have been put in with their telescopic supporting feet to straightened tubs define according to the column default:
    - the tank island upper edges
    - the precise positions of all conduits
    - the height mass of the flange connections under the column (esp. Stencils)

Island-/ Highboardframes made of steel
Description:

  • Steel-high board verges for pouring out with concrete
  • completely precast kit for the easy screw montage on site
  • all screw connections are invisible from the outside because of work-sided dowel pins
  • executions to the installation in the roadway or to the construction on the roadway with height adjustments

Advantages towards beton-highboardbricks or base tiles:

  • quick assembly, only one person necessary
  • low weights, therefore no heave devices are needed
  • easy positioning and adjustment
  • density proof is cancelled (e.g., in the filling station area)
  • varied special forms
  • heights to 360 mms available
